Absolute joke of a place. DO NOT go here. There are five morons sitting at desks doing nothing which is why they have to charge $240/hr for labour. Which includes nothing. Not even a receipt with correct spelling. This place is an actual joke.

Great experience. Staff very professional and courteous. Quote provided with options. Work completed in half the time compared to other shop quotes. Cleaned the interior and filled my gas tank. My truck is running like it was brand new. Excellent service all under the strict supervision of Maggie.

Worst experience ever. I’ve never felt like I was being scammed and completely disrespected as a young women new to the city. Especially as it was an older women that told me these prices. Absurd. I never compared any prices anywhere yet as I was just getting an out of province inspection. They had broke a piece taking my car apart apparently it had just fell apart and I had to wait hours for the piece to be delivered and I also had to pay for it when they had done it. They quoted me $2500 for all the work that included with new tires, front and back brakes, pads and rotors, and then all my back brake lights to be changed as well. I call one other place today that my sister went to and he quoted me $1000 for my brakes and pads and rotors and all my lights to be changed. He was so so sweet and so reasonable. I’m getting my tires done for $540 for the labour and brand new tires with stickers on them. That’s $1540 for all the work they told me was going to be $2500minimum. This place is so terrible and they just try to scam you because they think they can. So disrespectful and I have no idea how they have still been in business for 40 years. It sucks that this is the first place that shows up on google too. Sad they are actually getting away with over charging some people. I’m lucky I called a couple places.

They overcharge a lot. I was in a rush to get my car repaired that i called the first mechanic i saw on google, i never bothered to compare prices but now that I've been to other mechanics i see that Cetus are basically scamming their customers. Not only do they over charge on labour, they also inflate the prices of the parts they use and they won’t show you the receipt. It’s not worth it just go somewhere else
