The best service with the friendliest staff! The text reminders for oil changes are great and I appreciate how quickly they were able to fit my vehicle in.

We had a failing transmission with no reverse. Cetus not only provided us with more than one option for a suitable replacement but was also able to get the transmission shipped in from out of province and installed within a timely manner. Thank you, Tammy and the Cetus crew.

The technician figured out the problem right away and called back with an accurate quote. The work got done in a very timely manner and no issues afterwards. The employees were all very friendly and professional. Great experience!

Got my engine done from here I dealt with Graham he is the man! From explaining how things worked to sourcing parts to breaking down cost and taking the time to work with me on my budget and time line absolutely amazing hands down I wish there was more stars because 5 stars doesnt do it justice for cetus and thier team. Also had Aj call me for a follow up on thier work you dont see service like that nowadays thanks for all your honesty and amazing work! Looking forward to more business with you THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Best mechanic shop ever!!!!! We went to pick up our truck from Cetus Automotive and met the nicest people who let us snuggle their wallabies, sugar gliders and kangaroos!!!! It definitely softened the blow from having to spend money fixing our truck. If you ever need a vehicle fixed, or even an oil change, make sure to go to Cetus in the NE. The owners also own Cobbs Adventure Park and sometimes bring their babies to work with them. Not only was it super fun cuddling baby marsupials, but the truck has a new exhaust manifold and it was way less than another shop quoted us. The service was amazing, the staff was all super friendly, and the truck is now running great!!!! Great experience all round!!!!!

I had my control arm broke and my car was towed to Cetus. I was a bit stressed and Tammy was great and helped me thru the process. This place ran like a well oiled machine. I got my car back fixed in 4 hours. I had this problem before and I fixed this at the dealership 4 years ago and was quoted much more for the repair and it took 1 week. A couple days later, AJ did a follow up text to make sure I was happy with the service. This is a very personal touch I liked and a forgotten process with many businesses. Thank you Cetus!
