The staff was very good at getting us in very quickly. We had a flat and could not drive the car. They put our winter tires on and did a balance and also did an oil change and ran some diagnostics on our vehicle. All staff we dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also I got to hold a baby kangaroo ! We will definitely use them in future and recommend them to our friends and family.

I had an issues with non working wipers in a middle of the snow Storm. Even if they were booked for the entire day they understand the emergency and risk to be on the road like this. They make some space and fixed my truck I was back on the road and safe in a couple hours. The staff was very friendly as well.

This was the first experience we have had with this shop, and it was absolutely fantastic! Quick, friendly, honest, and reliable service…plus the most comfortable waiting room ever. Wow! We got a courtesy car and the whole process was very easy. And if you’re lucky, there’s also a slight chance you’ll see their resident doggo and a baby joey hopping through the lobby!

Cetus is always there. Awesome staff, great vehicle are and super support. Would take our vehicles nowhere else. New ownership is also super-supporter of community activities, sponsoring the volunteer program at GlobalFest.

From the minute you walk in the door at Cetus - you are welcomed and feel like you are at home. You almost want to wait while they work on your vehicle....with their luxurious recliner chairs and game station. The staff are happy , connected, helpful, professional and know their stuff! They changed the windshield and put new tires on for me. They also advised me of the things that still need work...and what was the most important and timely. The job was perfect, timely and even though I have to drive across the city to get there - I will continue to go to Cetus with any car issues. Oh and as an added bonus (if you are lucky) there could be a Kangaroo on site that you can hold!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good honest mechanic for years now since my old one sold his business. It seems I’ve finally found my place. Great service. All work is done at the prices quotes. Communication is great. Even the facility itself is clean and comfortable. Finally found my new spot!! Thanks Cetus!
