Wow! Fantastic service all the way around. As a woman, walking into an auto repair shop always puts me on edge because everything is always mansplained.... not here. They were welcoming and did their best to make sure I wasn't paying more than what I needed to. They had a great waiting area with Netflix, games, books, and no joke a visit from the kindest pup and kangaroo! They even lent me their courtesy car for the afternoon so I could make it to an appointment. Thank you again, I'll always recommend Cetus!

The folks at Cetus are friendly and nice to deal with. I’ve dealt with them formerly with my job and also personally. The issue was diagnosed showing me photos of the issues. They also identified an issue that could wait but wanted to bring it to my attention. I live close so they gave me a ride home and later picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Since I moved to the NE and my old mechanic was starting to become worse, I was looking for a new auto mechanic. I ran across Cetus. Since my car is 12+ years old I have needed various work done. Everything they have told for repairs, I knew needed done and they have not tried to scam and put unnecessary things like other mechanics. Finding a place where the people behind the desk are honest is hard to find. If they have online coupons they will typically just give you the discount even if you did not know about the coupon. Also the sometimes with have a small doggy (Josie) or a kangaroo in house that is kid friendly.
