Both my son, Dan, and I take our cars to Cetus Automotive. The staff is wonderful - very professional. And the work that they do is outstanding. If you want your vehicle to be repaired or maintained well, then I would highly recommend Cetus.

Excellent experience. I am from out of province and I needed a reliable place to get a synthetic oil change. This quality service was quick & friendly.

Cetus came as a recommendation from a friend.We were looking for an honest second opinion about a concern with our car. Friendly customer service and answers to all the questions that I had, initialized our first visit. The conclusions that Cetus came to was very different than the first quote we received. I appreciate the honesty and open approach of Cetus. Since that friend's recommendation all our vehicles have been inspected or serviced at Cetus quickly and efficiently.What they said needed to be done was done when they said. Whenever service of cars gets discussed I recommend Cetus.

I took my 2010 GMC Acdia to Cetus for what we thought was a rad hose. Within 2hrs they had found the problem and provided me with a quote and it was ready for pickup the next business day! They staff at Cetus were very professional and friendly. I will be bringing my Acadia to Cetus for all oil changes, maintenance and repairs!

We needed the cylinder head machined on our car and was recommended to Cetus by another garage. We were very supprised to find out that not only do they remanufacture cylinder heads, they are set up and capable of remanufacturing the entire engine because they have a full machine shop on site! The price was excelent and they were able to do it right away! PS: If you get a chance to go there they will give you a tour of their machine shop, it's soo clean you can eat off the floor!

It was a very pleasant experience. All the staff at the front desk were very happy and helpful. It was a pleasure just talking with them, it felt like the type of shop from the past where the staff treat you more like a friend than just a customer giving them money. I dropped my truck of for a wheel alignment at the appointed time and much to my surprise and appreciation it was done at, if not slightly before the time that I was told. They performed the work that they were asked to at the price quoted and did not try to up sell me on needing work done, even though my truck has over three hundred thousand k on it. They did a front end inspection and gave the truck a (relatively) clean bill of health. They pointed out some small things but nothing that was critical or a safety hazard. Overall I loved the friendliness and professionalism shown by all that I dealt with at this company and will not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience at Cetus! My car needed an out-of-province inspection. Phoned in to book an appointment on Friday afternoon and was booked in first thing in the morning on Monday. The inspection was much cheaper than that at Canadian Tire, where they only do out-of-province inspections on Saturdays and were fully booked until the week after (went in for a quote on Wednesday). The staff at Cetus was nice, helpful, and had a good attitude. I wanted a ride to a nearby address after I dropped off my car, and she offered to give me a return ride. The inspection was done in about 1.5 hours, which was much faster than expected. Had to get my front brake rotors machined, which was also done on the same day in less than 3 hours. The total came in much less than the quote they gave us earlier, which was great news! And Tammy explained the paper work to us clearly, and we were good to go in a short time and had no problem at the Registries.

Cetus has changed the oil and done minor repairs on my car a number of times and I have always been pleased with the friendly, trustworthy service. They seem to genuinely want to help--if they don't have a part, they are get it in quickly. Thumbs up!
