I've had several oil change on my 2005 Toyota Rav4, and our whole family uses Cetus for all our vehicular maintenance needs. The service is fast, the staff are very friendly, and when its all said and done, they go over the work that was done on the car with you, explaining why etc. What I really appreciate is that they inform you what needs to be done in the future and ask if you'd like it done, instead of just assuming and charging you for things you didn't authorize. Being a lady, I'm always nervous about automotive shops taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, but not at Cetus! Thanks

We have been taking our cars to Cetus for about two years. There has not always been good news (easy fixes - cheap repairs), in fact they have had to do some major work for us. However, they are extremely professional, tell us the truth and work with us to resolve the mechanical issues. As we are car owners we will need repairs again and we will only go to Cetus.

Cetus, and Firebolt helped me through a serious problem with my car. A local dealer diagnosed the problem and suggested a complete new engine install. Found Cetus website and called, talked to Tammy and got a quote for a rebuild. Everything was done in a very professional manner. Got my quote, and every question I had was answered promptly and accurately by phone or email. Work appears first rate and with the warranty they provide, I have peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. In fact, I have done just that with a friend and fellow car club member. Keep up the great work!

I have had two oil changes through Cetus and both times I have been very pleased with their work. I especially like that they called to inform me of other work that needs to be done - but in a completely "no pressure" way. The lady I spoke to took the time to break down each "group" of things I needed to get fixed and in the order I should do them in. This was very helpful and helped me adjust my budget! I will definitely be going back for more work with these guys :)

We are so pleased with the service at Cetus Automotive. We needed extensive repairs on both our vehicles in order to pass the out-of-province inspections, and they went over and above the call of duty to help us out in that regard. They are prompt, friendly, and professional. We have been back a few times since the original repairs, and are never disappointed. I would (and have) recommended Cetus to anyone who needs repairs.
