Great service, would use again

These guys are honest and helpful. They did a couple large repairs for me on a couple vehicles I didn't own for very long. I had a 2003 civic with a blown head gasket and they were highly recommended from a few other shops that didn't feel comfortable doing such a involved task. They tested the head while it was off and found that all the valves were leaking. I had them rebuild the head while it was apart. They put it all back together and cleaned everything throughly and the car was in mint shape when I sold it to a young man as.his first car. They also replaced the clutch on a 1995 Ford f150 I bought as an impulse. The ford had seen better days and needed quite a lot of repairs that I couldn't afford at the time. I spoke with the shop manager about the high cost to perform the repairs that the truck urgently needed. He called me back a few hours later and gave me a very large discount so I could get a lot more work done than I could afford at the time. Cetus automotive was very good to me and I honestly wish I was able to bring them more work but they are too far away from my house and it is just inconvient. However if I ever need any engine work done again they are the only machine shop I will trust.

I brought in my car for out of province safety inspection and i appreciated the thorough inspection performed . It took a good. 2 hours wait and it meant a lot that their mechanics checked on everything to ensure that my vehicle was road worthy and compliant with standards. I am happy when good and honest service is rendered. I will definitely trust and cone back to Cetus. I felt good with my experience Keep up the good job Cetus!

Went in for an alignment and to begin with, it was the most expensive alignment I have ever heard of. I get my vehicle back and it is still visually not properly aligned, and I was told that it was “as close as we could get it”, but they assured me it would cause no issues and the tires would wear evenly. I was skeptical but decided to trust them. Fast forward about two months and my tires are extremely worn down on the outside (almost completely bald). I call them asking not for a refund, but just if they could try and rectify the alignment since it has evidently not been done properly to which I am told since it was 2 months ago they refuse to even look at. These guys completely scammed me and simply lied to me, and then once I noticed issues (tire tread) that they specifically mentioned would not be a problem, they refused to do anything. I will never be going here again and will strongly suggest anyone else avoids this crooked establishment.

I thought that I left a review last year, but I totally forgot. I had an amazing experience with Cetus(admittedly, my first ever automotive amazing experience). My power steering pump went on my BMW and I was referred to Cetus by my neighbor, so I called them up to get a quote. They called me the next day with a quote and I agreed to the price and brought my vehicle to get repaired. When they were finished I went to pickup my vehicle and was told it was less than what they quoted me. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by the efficient way they fix my vehicle. I will definitely used their services in the future!

The work was completed properly, in a reasonable amount of time, and for a reasoanble price. Service was excellent. Overall a great experience.
