I've been going here for 3 years. My husband and I take our 2 vehicles here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I can always get my car seen within a couple days. Never had any issues after repairs or feel pressured to get unnecessary work done. Highly recommended!!

Really good people. Was recommended from my mechanic for a service he couldn't facilitate, and they got me in the next day from when I inquired. The work was done before the end of the day and so far I don't see any issues. Always good to have an honest automotive repair business!

Been taking my Jeep Cherokee here since the pandemic started, and I have always received great service for a reasonable price. I have never felt pressured here and my Jeep has been in great condition ever since I have been using them. Great follow-up!

the job was done and efficiently I received the vehicle sooner than I thought

Recently had a mishap with our car which ended up in a overheating situation. I was looking around for a shop to bring the cylinder head to for inspection and work if it was going to be feasible. I had taken my head to another "reputable" shop and after 3 days I picked it up with no work done and leaving like they didn't want to do the work which was frustrating. I reached out to Cetus and they gave me a quick quote of which I was good with to have the work done and a few days later was talking with Carl at the desk explaining my situation and telling him my details and he was taking notes and writing everything down. Afterwards he told me it would be a few days for them to get the work done but they would follow up with me. After a few days passed Carl called me on a Saturday with an update of what was going on and I was a bit surprised as this company is not open on Saturday and Carl explained to me he was doing some catch up work and I let him I know that I greatly appreciated this and it showed good customer service. Unfortunately the head I originally took to Cetus was junk and I had to grab another from the junkyard which they worked over and said it would be good to run and did all the work necessary. I was unable to pick up the two cylinder heads so my girlfriend showed up at the location and their customer service showed once again because they brought them out for her to the car and helped load them up. I have only been here once but the customer service was top notch and is to a level many other companies are not. If you need machining work done definitely talk to these guys.
