Been getting work done there for a couple years now. Good staff, great service and curiosity cars are a plus. Fair prices. Clean washrooms. Ample parking. Relaxing waiting area. Sometimes you get to hold a baby kangaroo! Not too many places you can do this.

I recently had some unfortunate issues on my 2018 Ford Escape that ended up costing a lot of money. My car was taken to Cetus, although repairs and maintenance were expensive, staff was very pleasant to deal with, especially Tammy who walked me through the process and made the experience somehow enjoyable! Shortly after picking up the vehicle the engine light came back on, thankfully I was still close by and could get the vehicle checked again, turns out a cable wasn't plugged in all the way. Overall great experience.

I have had a couple of major issues repaired by Cetus, they are fast, will give you a loner car if needed, They are easy to talk with. I have had no problems yet so I trust them and recommend them.

When I had my brakes done they were able to get parts quickly to help me out after I'd ordered the incorrect rotors (thanks dealership for giving me the wrong sizes for my car). They always are friendly and communicate well.
