After running into some rather shady mechanics, I was referred to Cetus. Their service was awesome - they were honest, forthright and competent. The mechanics were able to diagnose an engine issue that eluded other shops in half an hour. Then they gave me an honest deal and a loaner for the night. Excellent service at the front desk and competent mechanics in the bays.

Great friendly staff, always fixed the first time, use them for all my maintenance, and repair needs.

Brought my car in to get it fixed up for an out of province inspection. The car had far more issues than I’d anticipated but it was ready to go in time for my trip to Tofino! Calgary to Tofino and now in Kelowna and I’ve had zero problems. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, highly recommend these guys!!

Friendly, quick, and honest service! A friend of mine recommend Cetus, so I decided to take my car to them and was not disappointed. Not only did they fix what needed to be done, but they were able to recommend a couple of other services that were inexpensive and have definitely helped the performance of my vehicle. Special thanks to Tammy for her help, guidance, and listening to my car woes. I will be back, but hopefully not too soon!

I arrived at Cetus needing major engine repairs and was immediately put at ease after having an intelligent and insightful chat with Fred Tucker the shop manager. He explained their cost for this common repair (cam and lifters for a 5.7 Hemi) would be $1000 to $1500 less than a dealership and he was bang on at $1180.00 less for the basic Mopar parts and labor. Like Fred said "we do a ton of these". This is a testament to their automotive experience and competence not to mention the repairs being done in a timely manner with attention to detail. Tammy in the office wasn't running to talk to the mechanic and calling me back, she had answers. She also provided me with a Santa Fe SUV loaner to drive while my truck was in the shop that saved me $200.00 plus for a rental. I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in my 45 years driving and will definitely be returning for any major repairs in the future. Thank you Cetus for your professionalism, honesty and quality work 👍
