Was in a crunch when my sons car broke down. Called and they were able to look at it, so I had it towed in. Was called every step of the way and explained what was wrong etc. As my son works out of town I explained that he had my vehicle and if there was any openings to look at it sooner that would be greatly appreciated. They were EXCELLENT!! I will recommend them in a heart beat !!. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond for me.. Cathy

My Genesis got an issue on wiper around July 2021. After checking from original dealer who confirmed it's a problem related to Link Assy rather than the wiper motor. The dealer placed an order for part replacement in August and waited for shipment. But it never happened and no further follow-up or communication even after a few calls to them. It's very frustrating when winter season is coming with snowing any time. After waiting for a few months till mid December, I decided to look for alternative other than the official dealers. I came across Cetus in the web and impressed by the excellent reviews. After an online chat, I got a quotation with appointment scheduled. Cetus checked again the vehicle, looked for the part, confirmed delivery and also fixed the issue only within a few days. I am very glad to have the Genesis fixed. Cetus has really good communication with clarity throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Cetus. They gave me a verbal quote and when the work took longer than expected they didn't charge me the additional labour time as they wanted to stick to what they said. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I will be using them for other services in the future.

Once again, I went to Cetus for issues with one of our cars. They are out of the way for me but I do make an effort to go there when something significant needs to be dealt with. They give you the straight goods and no pressure....on time and on budget. Enjoy dealing with them and you don't feel like you are just a number like you do at large chains.
