I have been using Cetus for several years. Hadn't been there in awhile but found the same familiar faces. I have always been pleased with their service and pricing. They are top notch when it comes to their attention to detail, follow up, estimates, and on time delivery. However, what sets them apart is the people and the energy. You can tell these people love and take pride in where they work, what they do and whom they work with. This was a fairly major and expensive repair. When I indicated I would need to arrange for a ride, I was offered the courtesy car, but if one wasn't available, the gent even offered to give me a ride home himself. Delivered as estimated, at nearly 50% of the cost the dealership had quoted. Completed in a shorter time than expected. Received a follow up call in a few days, just to make sure I was happy with the service and repair. Need I say more? Take your business here if you want to support a great locally owned business that has been in Calgary for decades, this is a great choice. Not surprised to see them win a Consumers Choice award for 2020.
