Terrible Service! I never write reviews but I've had 2 horrible experiences, first one, I go for a regular oil change, onIy to go home and find out car is leaking oil, had to take it back 2 times before is fixed, no apologies or discount just it is what it is, 2nd one I go and request a part to be replaced, they replaced the wrong part and called me after to tell me I'm on the hook for over $500, the not needed part plus the one I really needed changed, again no acknowledgement of mistakes just pay your bill and go away, I rather pay a little more somewhere else and get things done right the first time!
Hi Luis: For the oil change issue there was a technical service bulletin -once we replaced the drain plug gasket , this issue was resolved and both times we did look after you at no expense. For the Nissan X-trail-you had brought in the vehicle and asked us to do a cam sensor in it-we asked you if you wanted us to diagnose the problem. You refused and said that you know what the problem is and signed the work-order stating that you wanted the cam sensor replaced. Once we did that and cleared the codes the engine light came back on immediately. At this point we called you and said that replacing the cam sensor had not repaired the problem and did you want us to diagnose the problem at this point. You gave us the approval to diagnose it. Once we had diagnosed the problem then we called you again to tell you that it was the crankshaft sensor that was malfunctioning, and we gave you an estimate for replacing it. At this point you gave us a go-ahead to do the repairs. It would have been better If we had diagnosed the problem in the first place. We stand behind our warranty which is one year or 20,000 km-we have been in business for 32 years and we pride ourselves on our warranty and customer service. We appreciate your feedback.
