Worst shop ever. Fixed my block heater for 2k broke in 13 months so warranty didn't cover it. Rebuilt my cam shaft for $4500. Truck started burning oil afterwards. Took it back they said thay couldn't fix it. Took it to another shop where it was fixed for $250.

After several attempts to reach you regarding this review with no success we will address your comments now. The invoices on file indicate that we have never done a block heater for you. We did do a heater core in January 2017 at 221,000km. if that is what you are referring to. The truck was last in on February 2019 for no heater fan operation. We diagnosed it and found that one of the blend door actuator motors wasn't working so the fan went into limp-in mode. We recommended replacing the actuator motor but you declined the repairs. The mileage at that time was 295000Km. As for the oil consumption, we replaced the defective camshaft and rebuilt the cylinder heads in July 2016 at 207000KM. You did return to the shop on several other visits after that for regular maintenance with no issues. There was an oil consumption problem in July 2017 at 241000KM We replaced the valve seals under warranty even though you were over the warranty mileage. Destroyed my car everything had to be done twice, nothing was every their fault and I had to pay for everything. Staff seems amazing too bad the work isnt even close. 3 Mechanics pointed the failures towards this shops engine work and I was pre warned but the car community. *Response just to look good you should have just deal with it in person the first few times.

We stand behind our warranty 100% so if there is any issues please give us a call and we will get it sorted out-without a name it is hard to follow up with you.

I didn't have the greatest of experiences here last year when I got the tires on my civic changed over. I needed a new place to go to since the last place I used shut down so I decided to get some coupons on group-on to maybe find a new place. Everything went fine until I went inside to get my car back. All the employees stayed sitting at their chairs when I came up. The one who helped me informed me balancing would cost 20 PER TIRE. (The reason this shocked me is the last place I went to did balancing for free with tire changes.) Even while helping me he was looking away and barely paying attention to me. I decided to contact a friend later that day to get my tires balanced for significantly cheaper. Once I got there they informed me (it was at the honda dealership) that 4 of the bolts were on the posts so tightly, they all snapped off and said had I driven any farther it was very possible my tire could have flown off. They paid for the parts despite it being Cetus's fault that they were on so tight to begin with. Awful experience. I didn't even want to try contacting this shop at the time because I was so shocked and upset I could have gotten in an accident from the poor work done here. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hi Andrew, We followed up on your service work and found your work order from Nov. 2017. The Groupon that you purchased was for a tire rotation from summers to winter with your tires already on rims. Usually the tires are already balanced when it's on the rim so we don't include balancing to keep the cost down on the Groupon. If you call around $20.00 to balance a tire is competitive. All tires are installed and torqued to the manufactures spec. I checked your invoice and the tech torqued and recorded the spec at 80 Ft lbs. It's Not clear as to why the studs broke off on removal and It doesn't make Sense that the dealer replaced the studs for free but the danger in loosing a wheel is when the wheel is loose. I'm not sure why you waited almost 2 years to post a bad review but had you contacted us directly when you were having a problem we would have done our best to help you out. We have been repairing cars in Calgary for 35 years now and have thousands of satisfied customers because that is our goal. I'm sorry that your experience wasn't the same.
