Super fast. Even when I found out my calipers were seized my vehicle was still completed before the end of the day. Great communication from Tammy as well. Will definitely be back.

I was looking for a overhaul on my car and looked into many different shops before I came upon Cetus. I chose Cetus because they treated me very well, always keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle and anything extra they noticed that needed to be fixed. I have now been to Cetus twice and will always return there with any other vehicle concers in the future. A personal thanks to Fred Tucker who did an amazing job on my car while providing exceptional service by always keeping me updated through email or phone... 2 THUMBS UP! Go to these guys if you want a good job done quickly and at a great price!

Excellent service. They fit me in for an emergency appointment without issue. When a part was needed from the dealership they sent someone to pick it up and had us back on the road in no time. Great staff at the front reception

Your team fully exceeded my expectations! I was only in Calgary for the day when my vehicle unexpectedly died. Haney was able to fit me in and get me on my way in just a matter of a few hours. On a long weekend Friday afternoon no less!! Amazing service! Please give him a big raise!

I have recently required a new motor for my Ford F150 and had no idea what all was involved. I made many calls around the city trying to attempt to get answers and learn more about what I was up against. I then spoke to a number of very helpful people at CETUS trying to understand what all had to be done and all the associated costs. Everyone was very knowledgeable, informative and patient with all my questions. I went ahead with the remanufacture of my engine at CETUS, and I am very happy with the results. I was kept informed consistantly on the status of the work, and all other parts involved that needed attention while the work was in progress. It was even done nearly a week ahead of the proposed date. Thanks for extremely friendly assistance throughout this stressful time in a vehicle owners world. Good Job!!!

I am new to Calgary, and needed an out of province vehicle inspection. Based on the reviews Cetus has received I thought that this should be an alright place to bring my car... They did not disappoint!! The service was friendly and extremely helpful. My bill was exactly what was quoted. I will be bringing my car here in the future. Thank you.

best service in town by far...they fixed my heater block really fast and im pretty sure they went above and beyond there job here as they also bleed my breaks free of charge i couldnt have been more thankfull to have brought it here as staff was very professional here i will only ever bring my current and future cars to this repair shop as they are the best

I purchased a Groupon to try Cetus Automotive out for the first time and was very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I made my booking request, the staff was extremely quick to respond to my questions and book me in at a mutually agreeable time - within a week of purchasing the deal! Questions I had about shuttle service, etc. were also replied to very promptly. I chose to wait for my vehicle and found the environment to be light and warm in the waiting room. Excellent front desk staff for sure and the work on my vehicle was done well in a timely manner. I would recommend Cetus automotive to others and plan on using them for my vehicle service needs in the future!

Exceptional service by the staff at Cetus Automotive! Tammy was great, she did her best to find me a loaner car since it would be a few days until I would have my vehicle back. She was very kind over the phone and in person. She did her best to provide quality service. She didn't try to push any services that were not required but did suggest a few concerns that she had re: my vehicle but noted that they were not hard-pressed issues. Hany (not sure of the spelling?) was amazing! This guy had great energy first thing in the morning. He returned phone calls promptly, provided service promptly, and organized transportation for me when I needed it most. He struck up conversation with me while I waited and seemed genuinely interested in what I did for work. Driver to LRT (no clue what his name was, drove the Cadillac) was awesome. Since I'm not from Calgary, he gave me fair to catch the LRT to and from Sunridge Mall. He gave me detailed instructions on how to use the public transportation. The guy was very kind and helpful!
