Great customer experience and cost effective service on both of my vehicles. I was offered an explanation proactively where I could reduce costs of a particular repair and then the parts costs were reduced by combining two repairs into one.

Service is great and I am always greeted with a smile. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable, when they give you a time of completion they stick to their word.

I've taken my car there for oil changes a couple of times. I like their service, and their mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable.

The Customer Service was great and Cetus was able to get me in right away to complete an Out of Province inspection. After finding that my truck wouldn't pass inspection and needed some repairs, the team was able to complete all of the required work the same day! It was really convenient because I was in a time crunch and need to get my truck insured in Alberta that day. Thanks Cetus!

very friendly staff, i like that the owners will drop you and pick you up when your car is done, didn't fixed my issue the first time but corrected it on the 2nd visit, charged me again but its fine, gave me a discount though hopefully this is all fixed and done.

My Dad bought a truck and trailer for my horse, all was fine for four months then the engine stopped. He and Mom saved some more and had the engine remanufactured at Cetus/Fire-bolt automotive. Dad says the service was very good (he used to be a mechanic). The staff had all the correct answers to his questions and if one person didn't know an answer another person did. Tammy always called to get approval for extra parts or labour and the truck was done in timely manor. The truck engine is still "breaking in" and sounds great. Dad says the break in instructions he was given are simple and necessary for a long engine life. Engines are expensive, this one was done right so "it's worth it" Dad says. Good job Cetus Team. Cetus rebuild the engine in my 2005 Mazda 3 and did a great job. Follow up service was excellent and the car is running great. I would recommend them if you have a high mileage car, that's in good shape but needs engine work.
