I took my car in to have them look at my air conditioning. I specifically asked them to let me know the cost before doing anything. But like most repair shops they did the work then called to let me know how much it was going to cost. DO NOT GO!
Got my truck in as soon as I got it towed there, nice people to deal with

Excellent service and prompt help at the front desk. Very informative about describing what is essential vs. recommended for tune ups, etc. They are very accommodating in this way and their honesty is much appreciated in the business.
The service was thorough covering all the basis required in an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional when explaining with customers the state of their vehicle and what is required.

My experience with Cetus Automotive was great! I went there for Out Of Province Vehicle Inspection with my car's engine light on; they figured what the problem was; fixed it (I'm glad its minor) and finished the job right on schedule. I also felt my car drives better after which is awesome! They really delivered! Great service!

Had my CRV in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They did a good job for a great price (actually found them through a Groupon). Staff wasn't pushy in trying to upsell any repairs.
Friendly staff, and fast service. Cetus is the one place I take my car for service.
