They are honest and direct when discussing my car. They've never talked to me like a lot of car shops do - it's refreshing. Whether its routine maintenance or something that needs to be fixed the cost is reasonable and their warranty is very reassuring.

Cetus has always taken care of my fleet and me promptly and with a high level of courtesy and friendliness. They are fast, and good at getting back to me when needing to obtain permission to perform extra work, and willing to take the time to explain diagnosed problems completely. If I have tight deadlines, Tammy will also work with me to get the best possible outcome. Steve, Fred, and Haney are all a pleasure to deal with.

Have taken my car here for years, always done when they say it will be and done well . The staff is fantastic and it is nice they are engaging while you wait.Most of my family also comes here even the ones from out of town, if they are in visiting they get an appointment to have their vehicles looked over. Highly recommend!
