Cetus has always taken care of my fleet and me promptly and with a high level of courtesy and friendliness. They are fast, and good at getting back to me when needing to obtain permission to perform extra work, and willing to take the time to explain diagnosed problems completely. If I have tight deadlines, Tammy will also work with me to get the best possible outcome. Steve, Fred, and Haney are all a pleasure to deal with.

Have taken my car here for years, always done when they say it will be and done well . The staff is fantastic and it is nice they are engaging while you wait.Most of my family also comes here even the ones from out of town, if they are in visiting they get an appointment to have their vehicles looked over. Highly recommend!

We utilize Cetus to maintain our fleet, we have had nothing but great service from all the folks there! Issues are clearly explained and they very thorough in maintaining the service history of each vehicle in our fleet. Steve, Fred, Tammy, Haney, Graham are a pleasure to work with and for us, not having our fleet on the road means no income so they are very accommodating at getting our repairs done quickly and getting us back on the road! Desk staff really polite, were ready right at my appointment time, finished when they said they'd be finished. Didn't push me for upgrades and waiting area is quiet. Zero complaints, all happy
