They fixed the problem I had on my vehicle, and they didn't pressure me in other services, that's keeping it honest and simple.

I've been taking my vehicles to Cetus for over 10 years, ever since they helped me out in -30 degree weather when my driver's side window fell into the door. They've always provided great service and reasonable pricing. They've never insisted on services that aren't necessary and always tell me how urgent a repair is, or if I can wait a bit until I have the money. The only downside is that I live in deep SE Calgary so I can't drop off/pick up during business hours and see their fantastic staff. So I drop my vehicle the night before, pay for services by credit card over the phone and pick up after hours.

I normally do my own Mech Work but I had a New transfer Case installed and picked Cetus for the install so I know I'll have a good Warranty Coverage. Great Service and Not too bad a price. Thanks Fred and Folks.

Was able to get in quite quickly. Can often find a Groupon for a good deal for oil change and or winter tire swap. Staff are friendly, efficient and do good work on my vehicles.

I always have a great experience here. What I like the most is that they keep me informed of all the work I need to get fixed on my car and are clear on what absolutely must be done. I never feel like I have ever been oversold parts or service. All of this on top of really helpful and friendly group of people.

Whenever I have brought it in the past few times, I always got a call before service, even when I Okayed beforehand, they still took the time to explain what was going on and what the charges will be for.
