All staff have been open and honest with us during the entire process. They went above and beyond to solve the additional challenges we have had with our vehicle - including ensuring we had access to a courtesy car due to the length of time it was taking to complete some additional warranty work (due to a faulty part).

I've been having my vehicles serviced at Cetus Automotive on 23 ST NE for years. Adam, Tammy, Kay and the crew are awesome. Driving older vehicles there is always stuff to be done. The crew at Cetus is great at prioritizing and understanding when budgets are tight. And then kindly sending reminders after enough time so you in your busyness don't forget these things. Have and will continue to recommend them to friends looking for a trustworthy and thorough automotive shop. Super convenient for me considering they are located a block from my office.

Great Service at a reasonable price! Staff was very helpful and called several times to give me update on the status of the engine heads they rebuild for me. I will be back again if I need something.

We selected the shop by its location, (we needed service fast and we're staying across the road at the Super 8) and all the other positive google reviews. We were not disappointed! We drove over for our 8am appointment and were greeted by a cheerful guy who booked us in right away. We walked back to our hotel for breakfast and got the call before 10am that our van was ready! New pullys and belt all done! Walked back over to pick it up and we were out before 11am. Reasonable price and overall excellent experience! Bonus prize was a cross Canada warranty (think it's 1 year or 20,000 kms) on the work that we didn't even know about! Very pleased. Keep up the good work folks!!!
