It’s hard to find good, honest, and reliable mechanics and automotive shops. My coolant had been leaking and I was told it was a few different things by a few different mechanics/technicians. I would get my coolant topped up every five or so days because whoever topped it up last seemed to put a very minimal amount in. When I went for my consultation and diagnosis appointment, they were prompt, professional, and overall great! They’d ordered the parts that same day and topped up the coolant until the parts came in and they could fix it. It was two weeks between the day the parts were ordered and the time I could come in to get it worked on, and I didn’t need to top up the coolant at all within that time. I appreciated that a ton! They were also incredibly accommodating, as my schedule isn’t the easiest to work with and I had to reschedule at some point. When I went in to get the work done, it was done very efficiently! Overall, I would definitely come in with any concerns regarding a vehicle. Thank you guys for being so easy to work with! Bonus points for the puppers who is occasionally around who comes by for some pets!

This two star review is for this place charging an ungodly amount. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and they got our car done in a timely manner. However, it seems they are just able to charge whatever they feel like for parts and labor??? The breakdown of charges is insane. They removed the fresh water tank in my camper-van and then put it back once the work was done and we were charged $600 for that. They claimed it took 4 hours and that’s where the cost came from. How does it take a highly skilled mechanic 2 hours to remove a tank and 2 more to put the empty tank back up? I am grateful for the work they did but just feels like an example of auto shops totally taking advantage of new customers. Super unethical.

Great place for keeping my vehicle in top running condition. Whether the Cetus NAPA service techs are doing a seasonal tune up/oil change or working on the engine, brakes, suspension, or electrical system, it always comes out perfect. AJ and the rest of the staff are phenomenal to deal with and purely focused on the customer service experience. I know many other people who swear by this garage and wouldn’t consider taking their vehicle anywhere else. As someone who has had vehicles serviced at many different garages in the city, Cetus Auto really has some of the best pricing and overall value you can find at any auto mechanic in Calgary. I really like the fact that customer courtesy cars are available if required, which is something that you rarely see elsewhere. Also, if you’re lucky, they might have kangaroos or another interesting critter in the waiting room when you are there since the owner Mike Sheppard also owns Cobb's Adventure Park. Highly recommended!

The whole experience of taking my car to Cetus was outstanding. Friendly people and a great, fast service. I needed a tire swap, oil change, and out of province inspection and they helped me schedule it and get all the work done quickly and thoroughly. They found ways to save me money rather than finding ways to gouge me, which has been my experience in the past with autoshops, and that really helped establish trust. Will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone.

Tammy provided an excellent overview of the work required on our 2006 Honda Ridgeline -- and then helped us to think through what was most urgent, to complete immediately and what we could defer to future. Picked the truck up yesterday, it still drives like a dream! Brilliant service! Thank you!

Had issues with my truck, called my mechanic and it was going to be at least a week before they could look at it. So I gave them a call. They said they could get me in the same afternoon. I dropped off the truck right away and got a call from Tammy letting me know that they were able to fix the problems. There was just a couple parts that need to come in and they would have it back to me by the next day. The next day came along and at 11 AM they called me saying the truck was completed. from the time I dropped off the truck picked it up was 25 hours. Typically I’m waiting at least 3 to 7 days. Super honest people. They even have pretty cool wallabies to hang out with.

Visited for the first time the other day. Friendly staff and great timely service. Will sure be back for future service needs.

From the greeting at the door, the comfortable seating in the waiting room, to the quick service, these guys were great! Highly recommended!!
