Save your money go to someone who isnt trying to rip you off.
Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. Although we would like to address the points you made here and clarify the situation to you and all of our past, current and potential customers reading this. 1) We always take care of our customers to the best of our ability. We are a team of tight knit and close colleagues who have all been working together for between 5-25+ years. Our customers mean everything to us, we are doing our best and strive to provide the best. That being said, we do not have any information from you as a customer in our database. 2) This vehicle you are referring to did visit us over 14 months ago, and was from a previous owner of the vehicle, this was their only visit with us here. We have full documentation of the work we did, what was required and what was approved and here are what our records tell us: Customer called asking for an alternator replacement, we recommended testing the systems to ensure this was exactly what was needed, this was denied and we were asked to just put in an alternator. We sourced an alternator for this vehicle and the customer approved of this price as all customers do through our approval process. We DO NOT install parts, or do any work without full approval on every job from every customer. We completed the job, customer picked up the vehicle and that was our last interaction with our customer. Had there have been issues with the alternator or the work we did, we are more than happy to honor our warranty and also fix what needs fixing! Especially if it is in regards to the work we have done. But we have heard nothing from this customer for over a year. If we do not know something is wrong, we are unable to fix it. We assure you we are not overcharging, doing a bad job or trying to rip anyone off. We are a group of honest, dedicated and hardworking people who take care of others and the vehicles they drive.
